February 12th – In-Person Parent and Exhibitor Meeting 6pm @ Fairgrounds Expo Hall. THIS WILL BE A MORE IN-DEPTH

MEETING AND IS RECOMMENDED FOR 1st YEAR PARTICIPANTS. (Both the Parent and Exhibitor must attend the 12th OR

17th)

February 17th - In-Person Parent and Exhibitor Meeting 6pm @ Fairgrounds Expo Hall. This will be a quicker meeting that

is geared more towards returners. (Both the Parent and Exhibitor must attend the 12th OR 17th)

February 18th – Earliest birth date for rabbits.

March 15th – Pre-Weigh-In for Cattle 9am-11am @ Fairgrounds. (Tagging fee is embedded within the registration form

and must be completed online prior to weigh-in.)

March 29th – Proof of Quality Assurance class taken due by 5pm to pnwjlauction@gmail.com. (This class will be online

only).

April 1st - PNWJLA Scholarship Applications due. (For Seniors - See PNWJLA Website for details)

May 4th – May 22nd – Turkey born, purchase, & possession dates.

May 20th - Rabbit possession date.

May 17th - Pre-Weigh in for Hog/Goat/Lamb 9am-11am @ Fairgrounds. (Tagging fee is embedded within the registration

form and must be completed online prior to weigh-in)

June 15th – June 30th - Chicken born, purchase & possession dates.

July 1st - All County Fair Animal Entries due to Fairgrounds. (See Fair Premium Book) (Fair Entry forms and Auction Entry

forms are separate!)

July 1st - Poultry and Rabbit auction registration forms are due to PNWJLA.

July 5th - Deadline for video’s to be featured in this year's PNWJLA PROMO Video! Please send video clips to Jaymie

August 18th - (Tues) Fair weigh-In all species. Exhibitors MUST be present at all weigh-ins. Exhibitors MUST have

completed stall cards, W-9s, market animal health records, original brand certificate and (if applicable) out-of-state

animal documentation. Exhibitors will not be admitted without these items. WEIGH-IN TIMES ARE TBD!

August 19th - (Wed) Picture Day in the hog arena. 9am starting with Hogs. Please DO NOT feed hogs that morning!

August 19th - (Wed) Exhibitor Meeting 4pm in the hog arena.

August 22nd - (Sat) Auction Day - Auction starts at 12:00pm.
