March 12th - In Person Quality Assurance Class; 5pm - Fair Kitchen (MUST be taken online or in person)

March 14th - In Person Quality Assurance Class; 5pm - Fair Kitchen (MUST be taken online or in person)

March 17th - Pre-Weigh in for Cattle; 10am - noon - Fairground (Entry forms are embedded within the tagging fee and must be completed online prior to weigh-in)

March 25th - In Person Quality Assurance Class; 5pm - Forks Public Library (MUST be taken online or in person)

March 31st - Proof of Quality Assurance class taken due by midnight to pnwjlauction@gmail.com

April 1st - PNWJLA Scholarship Applications due (For Seniors - See PNWJLA Website for details)

April 1st - May 1st- Turkey born, purchase and possession dates.

May 20th - Rabbit possession date.

May 18th - Pre-Weigh in for Hog/Goat/Lamb; 8am-10am - Fairgrounds (Entry forms are embedded within the tagging fee and must be completed online prior to weigh-in).

May 18th - Spring Classic - CANCELLED

June 15th - June 30th - Chicken born, purchase & possession dates.

July 1st - All county fair entries due to Fairgrounds (See Fair Premium Book) (Fair Entry forms and Auction Entry forms are separate!)

July 1st - Poultry and Rabbit auction entries/tagging fee due to PNWJLA. (Entry forms are embedded within the tagging fee and must be completed online)

July 15th - Deadline for video’s to be features on this years PNWJLA PROMO Video! Please send video clips to Jaymie @ 360.461.9681.

August 13th - (Tues) Fair weigh-In all species (7pm for steers, rabbits, turkeys, and chickens. 7:30pm for lambs and goats. 8pm for swine). Exhibitors MUST be present at all weigh-ins. Exhibitors MUST have completed stall cards, W-9s, market animal health records, original brand certificate and (if applicable) out-of-state animal documentation. Exhibitors will not be admitted without these items.

August 14th - (Wed) Picture Day @ Hog arena. 9am starting with Hogs. Please DO NOT feed Hogs that morning!)

August 14th - (Wed) Exhibitor Meeting 3pm - Hog Arena

August 17th - (Sat) AUCTION DAY! Auction starts at 12pm
